Lifestyle Pilates is a small and new contemporary boutique Pilates studio founded in 2020, where we strive to fulfill our clients’ complete health and well-being necessities. We make our clients’ fitness and health our utmost priority and help them achieve their fitness goals so they can feel and look better on day-to-day basis.  We are here to continue Joseph Pilates mission of Contrology as an ideal system to transform the body into a perfect instrument of will.

We take pride in making our client feel better, maintaining their fitness, and keeping their body and mind in a good shape and health. Our Pilates sessions are of different type, where we work to meet our clients’ needs and accomplish their goals. Our trainers develop personalized exercises to accommodate and challenge each client’s body. Lifestyle Pilates can produce results your body can recognize, limbering your joints, uplifting your muscles, and shaping your physique.

Our Founder:

Kristyn Frank is the founder and owner of Lifestyle Pilates. She is a certified Pilates instructor and trainer. Kristyn discovered her passion for Pilates after 20+ years of dancing, gymnastics, choreography, and personal training experience. However, her love and passion for Pilates ignited when she, herself suffered from severe back pain. Kristyn suffered from Scoliosis and couldn’t properly take care of her condition. After suffering from back pain for a while, she started practicing Pilates and saw an apparent and quick change in her condition. That’s when she realized the true importance of Pilates in a person’s life.

Kristyn then completed her Basic Comprehensive Teacher Training Program and became a Certified Pilates Instructor. Her goals are to help improve and change people’s lives through teaching Pilates and personal training. Kristyn is a Fort Worth Native and mother of four who is passionate about bring her training skills, expertise, experience, and love and dedication for all her clients.

She takes this following quote by Joseph Pilates to heart, “In 10 sessions, you will feel the difference. In 20, you will see the difference. And in 30, you’ll have a whole new body.” and strive to help you reach your fitness goals.
